Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 1999

Broadcast date: May 2, 1999. TLC presented the award for Favorite Singer, and did a funny comedy skit as well. Chilli and Left Eye had dirty laundry to wash, and T-Boz got mad and called them crazy. Then they performed "No Scrubs" with Left Eye's rap, and the kids went crazy!
